You can set up Helptail to get notified about events in your error monitoring tools like Bugsnag, Honeybadger and Sentry. This is useful to pro-actively reach out to customers when they stumble upon a certain issue, or to see at a glance the total amount of issues they had with your app. Great to gauge sentiment.
Set up is easy by using webhooks. From the settings, go to the Error monitoring screen. There choose your error monitoring tool of choice and select Set up.
You now get an endpoint (url) that you can use to set up the webhooks in your error monitoring tool.

Once events are send over, you are notified in Helptail. From there you can choose to reach out directly or create a Follow up.
