After the Helptail Bot added your employees to your dashboard, you can move them in different teams and promote some as a manager of a team. Only managers of a team can see the weekly pulse results.
Every company is different. And even teams within a company can be different from each other. That's why you can change the question and answers asked to your teams. Want to add some emoji? You can do that. Rather change the answers from positive/neutral/negative to green/orange/red? You can do that too!
An hour before the end of every team member's week, the Helptail Bot sends them a quick message to ask how their week was. They can answer with a simple click of a button. And also type a short, optional summary of their week.
