IMAP settings
Helptail works off your own email server. This allows you to keep full control over your email account, domain and settings. Helptail functions as an “email app”.
After setting up your credentials, Helptail pulls your new email from the server via IMAP. The emails on your email server are then marked as “read”, but are not removed/moved to the trash.
You can add or edit your IMAP settings in your Inbox settings.
