Starting your trial #

You can start your free trial with Helptail from the settings screen.

Change card, download invoice #

You can change your default credit card, download invoice and change other billing details from the Customer Portal. From the settings screen. select Manage subscription.

Cancel subscription #

You can cancel your subscription from the settings screen, select the Manage subscription and find the Cancel subscription on the right.
