Send batch emails

You often find you have multiple contacts interested in a Follow Up, either because they stumbled upon a bug or they have the same feature request.

It does not make a lot of sense to go in and send an email for each and everyone. With Helptail you can send a batch email instead.

• Email all; sends a new email to each contact
• Reply all; sends a reply to each contact (based on the email you’ve added to the Follow Up)

You can find either option at the top of the Contacts section in the Follow Up’s sidebar.

Emails that are sent via this feature can be recognised with a folder-icon after the email’s subject.

Note: emails are sent one-by-one, so in the case of large numbers of interested contacts, make sure your email provider allows this.
