2. Set up a Sending identity

A Sending identity is an email + from-name. You can currently add one per account.

Go to your Sending identity settings. Fill in the following fields:

• email
• name

The name is what your customers see in their email. Make sure that email you use as your Sending identity is also set up in your email provider, as Helptail does not add it for you.
