Contacts pane

You can view the email contact’s details, by clicking the contact at the top of the email, via the dropdown from the chevron on the right of it, select View contact details or with the keyboard shortcut ].

The contact’s detail pane will slide in from the right with the following details:

• Email history

• Company details (if any): website, blog, social media links

• Billing details (if set up, see also this article)

• Follow Ups

• Error monitoring events

• All conversations
