Muting emails

With your support email being public, you might get some spam or unwanted emails (that your email provider didn’t mark as such).

Helptail allows you to mute emails or complete domains. From the email screen, find the chevron next to email and select Mute…. A modal appears where you can choose to either mute just this email or the complete domain.

Be careful with muting complete domains: you don’t want to mute all emails from Gmail (or maybe you do!).

Find all your muted contacts in Settings / Muted contacts.
