Reply workflow

If there are multiple emails waiting for a reply, simply select the top one and write an answer. When the email is sent, Helptail will automatically move you to the next email from your inbox. Following a last in, first out principle.

This means that the emails received last get the quickest answers. And the last ones only have to wait a little bit longer. This will result in suprised people and thank-you’s for the quick response. Watch it!
